Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with partner labs regarding sample and document requests
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order issue resolution
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Lab teams
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
