Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with partner labs regarding sample and document requests
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order issue resolution
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Lab teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and problem resolution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Basic computer and office software knowledge

Salary

$48,000 – $55,000 per year (Illinois range)
